Instructions
1-First, line an 8×5 inch bread pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with pan spray. Note that an 8×8 inch pan works too, but it will make the fudge thinner, so choose based on your preference.
2-Next, combine the 4 cups of chocolate chips and 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl.
3-Heat the mixture in the microwave for about 3 minutes, using 45-second intervals at 50% power, and stir after each interval until it’s fully melted and has a thick, matte look.
4-Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula for an even finish.
5-Cover the pan and let it sit for at least 2 hours until the fudge is completely set and firm to the touch.
6-Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut it into squares for serving.
