Instructions

1-Getting started with this air fryer kids fish finger burger is straightforward and fun. First, hard boil 3 of the 6 eggs for 7 minutes, then drain, peel, and finely chop them. Mix these chopped eggs with ΒΌ cup mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon curry powder, season to taste, cover, and refrigerate the mixture for later use.

2-Next, cut the 600 grams of firm white fish fillets into pieces about 3 cm thick and 10-12 cm long. Whisk the remaining 3 eggs with ΒΌ cup milk in a shallow bowl, season the ΒΎ cup plain flour in another dish, and combine 2Β½ cups panko crumbs with 3 teaspoons garlic powder in a third dish, adding salt and pepper as needed.

3-Now, coat each fish piece by dusting it with the seasoned flour, dipping it in the egg mixture, and then in the panko crumb mix; repeat the egg and panko step for a double crust. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil spray, place 8 fish fingers inside, spray them with oil, and air fry at 200Β°C for 5 minutes. Flip the fish fingers, spray with oil again, and air fry for another 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
