Ingredients

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9Γ—13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

2-Peel, core, and chop the apples into small pieces, aiming for fresh, firm varieties to enhance texture.

3-In a mixer, beat the softened butter and sugar on medium speed until creamy, then add the eggs and vanilla extract, beating until light and fluffy for about 2 minutes.

4-Gently fold in the chopped apples and walnuts by hand to keep the mixture even and moist.

5-In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

6-Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until everything is blended smoothly.
