🍏 Enjoy the sweet and warm flavors of these baked apple cider donut holes infused with cozy cinnamon spice, making for a delightful treat.
πŸŽ‰ Perfect for quick baking and sharing, these donut holes deliver a tender, flavorful bite without the deep-frying mess.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: About 24 donut holes

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 2 teaspoons baking powder

– 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– Β½ cup apple cider

– Β½ cup milk

– 1 lightly beaten egg

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 4 tablespoons butter (melted)

– 1 cup granulated sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan by coating it with butter or cooking spray.

2-In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

3-Add the apple cider, milk, lightly beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully incorporated, being careful not to overmix.

4-Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to fill each section of the mini muffin pan three-quarters full.

5-Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the donut holes are cooked through and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

6-Let the donut holes cool slightly in the pan before removing them.

7-While they’re cooling, melt the butter in a small dish and prepare the cinnamon sugar mixture in another separate dish.

8-Dip each donut hole first into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.

9-Transfer to a wire rack or serving plate and enjoy while warm!
