Ingredients

– 1 2/3 cups crushed cookies for forming a firm base

– 1 tablespoon sugar for forming a firm base

– 4 tablespoons melted butter for forming a firm base

– 1.5 quarts ice cream for creating the creamy center

– 1 cup cookie spread for creating the creamy center

– 1 cup toffee bits for creating the creamy center

– Chopped cookies for adding texture and flavor

– additional toffee bits for adding texture and flavor

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare the crust by combining crushed cookies, sugar, and melted unsalted butter.

2-Press the mixture into a 10-inch springform pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until firm, then cool completely.

3-In a large bowl, mix softened vanilla ice cream, cookie spread, and toffee bits, then spread over the crust.

4-Sprinkle chopped cookies and additional toffee bits on top.

5-Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until firm.

6-Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes and slice carefully.
