πŸ§€ Keto Broccoli Cauliflower Au Gratin with Sausage offers a rich, creamy, low-carb dish packed with protein and flavor.
πŸ₯¦ This hearty casserole is perfect for those looking for a satisfying keto-friendly meal with cheesy goodness and wholesome vegetables.

  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups cauliflower florets, lightly steamed

2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed

12 ounces sliced smoked sausage

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 onion, diced

2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 ounces cream cheese, softened

2/3 cup heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1-First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sautΓ© the sliced smoked sausage until it’s nicely seared, then set it aside.

2-Next, in a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add the diced onion, cooking until it’s softened, followed by the minced garlic for about 30 seconds.

3-Then, stir in the softened cream cheese until it’s fully melted, and pour in the heavy whipping cream, whisking to combine. Let this simmer over medium-low heat until it thickens, then add the shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl, mix the lightly steamed cauliflower, broccoli, and sausage together, pour the cheese sauce over it, and stir well to coat everything evenly.

4-Finally, spread the mixture into a 9×9 baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and golden on top.
