Ingredients

– 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (about 3-4 cups shredded chicken)

– Β½ cup buffalo wing sauce

– Β½ cup ranch dressing

– 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning

– ΒΌ teaspoon salt

– ΒΌ teaspoon pepper

– 2 packages of sweet Hawaiian-style rolls, 12 count each (or 2 packages of 9 count slider buns)

– 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese

– 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

– Β½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven to 350Β°F and grease a baking dish or sheet.

2-In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3-Slice the packages of rolls in half without separating them, then place the bottoms in your baking dish.

4-Sprinkle half the cheese over the roll bottoms, add the chicken mixture, and top with the rest of the cheese.

5-Put the roll tops back on and brush with a mix of melted butter and Italian seasoning.

6-Bake for 10-15 minutes until everything is bubbly and golden.

7-Serve hot with optional toppings like creamy coleslaw.
