– 1 cup (240 ml) light corn syrup

– 2 cups (400 g) packed light or dark brown sugar

– 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons; 56 g) unsalted butter at room temperature

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

1-Wash and dry apples, insert sticks

2-Cook sugar mixture to amber color

3-Add cream and butter, stir until thick

4-Stir in vanilla and cool slightly

5-Dip apples and let them set
