Instructions

1-First, prepare your ingredients by peeling and chopping the carrots, sweet potatoes, onions, and apple into 1-inch pieces; this setup makes cooking smooth and efficient.

2-In a large pot, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat, then add the chopped onions and sautรฉ until they turn translucent and fragrant, which takes about 5 minutes.

3-Stir in the curry powder, chopped carrots, sweet potatoes, and apple, cooking for another 2 minutes to let the flavors mingle.
