Ingredients

– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

– 3 small heads of broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)

– 12 slices of bacon, diced and cooked

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

– 1/2 small red onion, diced

– 1 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

– 2 tablespoons sugar

– 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

1- Rinse and chop fresh cauliflower and broccoli into bite-size florets. Pat dry and set aside.

2- Dice the red onion finely and mix it with the chopped vegetables.

3- Prepare the dressing by combining 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt in a bowl until smooth.

4- Cook and dice 12 slices of bacon, then add to the mix along with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds.

5- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and chill for better texture if desired.
