Instructions
1-Prepare all ingredients by cooking bacon until crispy and shredding or cubing the chicken and cheese.
2-Butter one side of each bread slice lightly for that golden, crispy finish.
3-On the non-buttered side of two bread slices, spread the sour cream and ranch mixture evenly.
4-Layer with cheddar cheese, bacon, and chicken mix on top.
5-Assemble the sandwich and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
6-Let it cool slightly before slicing and enjoying.
