Zest from 1 lemon, optional, to brighten the herb sauce

1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice, optional, for the herb sauce

6 tablespoons olive oil for the herb sauce

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt for the herb sauce

1/4 teaspoon black pepper for the herb sauce

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional, for a bit of heat in the herb sauce

Instructions

1-First, gather and prep all ingredients as listed to streamline your cooking process.
