– 1.5 pounds ground beef (80/20 fat ratio)

– 1/2 cup ketchup

– 1 tablespoon brown sugar

– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

– 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Instructions

1- Preheat the oven to 350ΒΊF (175ΒΊC).

2- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and Worcestershire sauce.

3- In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Finely mince the onion.

4- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg mixture, breadcrumb mixture, and minced onion by hand until evenly combined without overmixing.

5- Shape the mixture into a loaf approximately 8 inches long, 4 inches wide, and 2 inches tall on a rimmed baking dish or baking sheet.

6- Mix all glaze ingredients in a small bowl, then spread evenly over the top and sides of the meatloaf.

7- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165ΒΊF (74ΒΊC).

8- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
