Ingredients
– 1.5 pounds pizza dough
– 2 cups cooked chicken
– 1 cup bacon crisps
– 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup Caesar or Ranch dressing
– Flour for dusting surface
Instructions
1-Divide pizza dough into 6 even pieces.
2-Roll out each piece into a rectangular shape on a lightly floured surface.
3-Spread dressing over each piece of dough, leaving about a 1-inch border on all sides.
4-Top the dressing evenly with cooked chicken and bacon crisps.
5-Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken and bacon.
6-Roll each piece of dough up tightly into a log shape.
7-Pinch the edges firmly to seal and prevent filling leakage.
8-Place sealed logs seam-side down on an oiled baking sheet.
9-Lightly brush a small amount of dressing over the outside of each log.
10-Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
11-Bake in a preheated oven at 415ยฐF for 17 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
12-Serve hot.
