Instructions
1-Preheat oven: to 300Β°F (150Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with oil.
2-Separate eggs: In a clean, dry bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
3-Blend egg yolks, drained cottage cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and sea salt until smooth and creamy.
4-Gently fold the egg white mixture into the cottage cheese mixture using a spatula, preserving air bubbles.
5-Spoon the batter into six circular disks on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
6-Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden and springy to the touch. Cool on a wire rack before removing.
