Ingredients

– 2 blocks (8 ounces each) softened cream cheese

– 2 cups (226 g) finely shredded pepperjack cheese

– 2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard

– 2 teaspoons dried chives

– 2 teaspoons dried parsley

– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

– 2 teaspoons garlic powder

– 2 teaspoons lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– 5 slices cooked and finely crumbled bacon for the topping

– 1/2 cup finely crumbled crispy fried onions for the topping

– 1 tablespoon freshly chopped chives for the topping

Instructions

1-Soften the cream cheese: by letting it sit out for 30 minutes.

2-Mix in the pepperjack cheese and all seasonings until smooth.

3-Form the mixture into a ball and coat with the bacon topping.

4-Chill for at least 1 hour, then serve as directed.
