– 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
– Water and salt for boiling

Instructions
1-Cook rigatoni: Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain, reserving Β½ cup pasta water.
2-Season chicken pieces: Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3-Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and whole milk, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Add reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
4-Combine ingredients: Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Add rigatoni pasta and toss together, cooking for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to meld flavors.
5-Finish and serve: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese, and serve warm.
