Ingredients
– 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
– 4 finely minced garlic cloves
– 1 cup fresh spinach
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
– 1/8 teaspoon red crushed pepper (optional)
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1-First, season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides for extra flavor.
2-Cook the shrimp for 30 seconds per side until they turn pink, then remove them from the skillet to keep them juicy.
3-Next, add more oil if needed and cook the garlic and red crushed pepper for 15 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
4-Stir in the fresh spinach, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until it wilts down.
5-Pour in the heavy cream and add the parmesan cheese, stirring to combine, then let it cook for 6 to 7 minutes until the sauce thickens up nicely.
6-Finally, return the shrimp to the skillet, cover, and cook for 30 seconds over low heat to blend the flavors. Garnish with fresh parsley if you like before serving.

πΏ Use fresh spinach and cook it before adding the cream for best texture and flavor.
π· Optionally add a splash of white wine after garlic and crushed pepper, reducing it by half before adding cream.
π Double the sauce if serving with pasta and consider adding mushrooms, onions, or zucchini for extra depth.
