Instructions

3-Finishing Touches: Let the sauce bubble gently and reduce for about 5 minutes to thicken it up. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the pieces, then partially cover and simmer for around 10 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve it hot with baked potatoes or vegetables, spooning extra sauce over the potatoes for a comforting finish.
