Instructions

1-First, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Add 15 ounces of crumbled Italian sausage and cook it until it’s browned, breaking it up as it goes.

2-Next, stir in 4 cloves of minced garlic and let it cook for about a minute until fragrant. Then, add 15 ounces of tomato sauce, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 cup heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
