Notes

โš–๏ธ Measure flour by spooning and leveling or use a scale to prevent dense cookies.
๐Ÿงˆ Use cultured or European-style butter for enhanced flavor and texture.
๐Ÿซ Chop a dark chocolate bar instead of using chips to help cookies spread thin and crisp.
