Instructions

1-First, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and make the béchamel by melting 1/4 cup unsalted butter in a saucepan. Whisk in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and cook for 3 minutes, then gradually add 1 1/2 cups whole milk while stirring until it thickens.
