1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup water at room temperature

2 eggs

¼ cup heavy cream

½ cup condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

1-Getting started with flan cupcakes: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F, which sets the stage for even baking.

2-Prepare the mini flan caramel: Melt the sugar in a pan and carefully add water until it turns golden. Pour this into greased mini muffin pans and freeze briefly to set.

3-Mix the flan ingredients: Blend eggs, heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and flour until smooth, then bake in a water bath for about 15-20 minutes.

4-Prepare the chocolate cupcakes: Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, espresso powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
