  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

– 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or substitute with chicken thighs for a juicier texture)

– 12 ounces parmesan garlic sauce

– 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces (room temperature recommended for smooth mixing)

– ยฝ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

– 10 ounces cooked dry rotini pasta (penne or any pasta that holds sauce well can be used instead)

– Fresh parsley for garnish

– Optional red pepper flakes for garnish

– 2 pounds chicken breasts

– 8 ounces cream cheese

– 10 ounces rotini

Instructions

Getting started is simple and fun just grab your crockpot and a few key items. This recipe takes about 5 minutes to prepare, with the rest handled by slow cooking. Youโ€™ll end up with a creamy, delicious meal that everyone will love!

First, spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the 2 pounds of chicken breasts inside and pour the entire 12 ounces of parmesan garlic sauce over them. The sauce infuses the chicken with flavor as it cooks.

1-Add the 8 ounces of cream cheese pieces and ยฝ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.

2-Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.

3-Once done, shred the chicken right in the crockpot and mix it into the sauce for even coating.

4-Cook 10 ounces of dry rotini pasta separately according to package instructions, then drain it.

5-Stir the cooked pasta into the crockpot mixture to combine everything.

6-Garnish with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes before serving for a fresh finish.
