1 Β½ cups (170 g) graham cracker crumbs or 11 graham cracker sheets pulverized

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

7 tablespoons (100 g) melted butter

Instructions

1-Pulverize graham crackers into fine crumbs if not using pre-crushed crumbs.

2-Mix graham cracker crumbs with both sugars in a medium bowl.

3-Add melted butter and mix with a fork until all crumbs are evenly moistened and combined.

4-Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate or 9-10 inch springform pan.

5-Press crumbs firmly into the bottom and, if using a pie plate, up the sides, creating an even edge with your fingers.

6-For a baked crust, bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 10-13 minutes and cool before filling. For a no-bake crust, refrigerate or freeze for 10-20 minutes before adding filling.
