Instructions
1-Season the chicken breasts on both sides with ΒΌ teaspoon sea salt and ΒΌ teaspoon ground black pepper.
2-In a small bowl, combine the juice of 1.5 lemons, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, β cup chicken broth (80 ml), 1 teaspoon paprika, and 3 sprigs fresh rosemary.
3-Pour this marinade over the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4-Heat a non-stick skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat.
5-Sear the chicken for 2 minutes on one side without adding the marinade.
6-Flip the chicken, then add the remaining marinade and 5 lemon slices to the skillet.
7-Cook for about 4 more minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).
8-Remove from the skillet and serve with sides such as rice or roasted vegetables.
