Instructions

1-First, spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread and top it with the second slice to make a sandwich. Then, trim off the crusts with a serrated knife for a neat finish.

2-Next, separate the egg white and yolk, whisk the egg white until it’s foamy and doubled in volume, and gently mix in the yolk.
