– 6 ounces (170g) Ground beef (85% lean) per burger

– ΒΌ teaspoon (1.5g) Sea salt per burger

– ΒΌ teaspoon (0.5g) Black pepper per burger

– 1 slice (approx. 1 ounce / 28g) Cheddar cheese per burger

– 2 slices Thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy per burger

– 1 Hamburger bun (e.g., pretzel buns) per burger

– Lettuce and tomato Optional toppings

Instructions

1. Make Whiskey Aioli: Whisk mayonnaise, Irish whiskey, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika together, then chill it.

2. Caramelize Onions: Caramelize the onions in olive oil until they’re golden, stirring in butter if you want extra richness.

3. Cook Burgers: Shape the ground beef mixture into patties, then cook them for about 4-5 minutes per side until they’re done just right. Add the cheddar cheese on top in the last minute so it melts perfectly!
