Instructions

1-First, focus on the crust to set a strong foundation. Combine 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs with 6 tablespoons of melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl until it clumps together nicely. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie plate, then you can either bake it at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 8 to 10 minutes or freeze it for about 1 hour to set. This step ensures your pie holds its shape well.

2-Next, move on to the filling. Whip 1 1/4 cups of heavy whipping cream to soft peaks and pop it in the fridge to keep it firm. In another bowl, beat 16 ounces of cream cheese until it’s fluffy and smooth make sure it’s at room temperature for the best results. Then, mix in 1 cup of sifted powdered sugar and 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder until everything blends seamlessly.

3-Gently fold the chilled whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to keep it light and airy. Spoon this delicious filling into your prepared crust and smooth the top. Finally, chill the whole pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let it set properly. Once it’s ready, slice and serve, perhaps with a garnish like chocolate curls for extra flair.
