1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 cup (245 g) creamy peanut butter
3 cups (375 g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ยฝ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
1-: In a large bowl, combine the butter and peanut butter, then beat with an electric mixer until creamy and well mixed.
2-: Gradually add the powdered sugar, about โ cup at a time, while mixing on low speed until fully incorporated. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
3-: Mix in the vanilla extract and salt.
4-: Add the milk on low speed, then switch to high speed and beat for 30 seconds.
5-: Once prepared, spread or pipe the frosting onto fully cooled cupcakes or cake.
