πŸ§€ These sliders combine tender beef, melted provolone, and sautΓ©ed peppers for a satisfying and crowd-pleasing meal.

  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 12 sliders

Ingredients

– 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef

– 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 medium onion

– 1 red bell pepper

– 1 green bell pepper

– 6 ounces mild provolone, sliced

– 1/4 cup mayonnaise

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 12 soft slider rolls (ideally King’s Hawaiian style)

– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

– Kosher salt for vegetables (to taste)

– 2 tablespoons melted butter

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1-First, trim the fat from 1 pound of ribeye or sirloin beef and freeze it for 30 minutes to make thin slicing easier.

2-Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the beef in batches, seasoning with 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

3-SautΓ© 1 medium onion, 1 red bell pepper, and 1 green bell pepper in the same skillet until softened, adding kosher salt to taste for extra flavor.

4-Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and prepare the spread by mixing 1/4 cup mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

5-Slice 12 soft slider rolls in half and spread the mayonnaise-garlic mixture on both halves.

6-Layer half of the 6 ounces of sliced mild provolone on the bottom roll halves, add the cooked beef, peppers, and onions, then top with the remaining cheese.

7-Brush the roll tops with a mixture of 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts and everything is hot.

8-Brush any leftover butter mixture on the tops before serving, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
