Ingredients

– 4 eggs

– 1 tablespoon baking powder

– 2 teaspoons salt

– 1.5 cups chopped spinach

– Β½ cup finely diced chives

– 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

– 2 cups cooked diced ham

Instructions

1-Whisk the 1 ΒΎ cups plain 2% Greek yogurt and 4 eggs together in one bowl until smooth and well combined.

2-In a separate bowl, mix 2 Β½ cups all purpose flour, ΒΌ cup ground flaxseed, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, Β½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 2 teaspoons salt.

3-Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until everything is fully incorporated you might need to use your hands for this sticky dough.

4-Fold in 1.5 cups chopped spinach, Β½ cup finely diced chives, 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and 2 cups cooked diced ham until evenly distributed.

5-Lightly flour your hands and shape the dough into twelve 1-inch thick round biscuits, placing them spaced apart on the prepared tray.
