Instructions
1-Whisk the 1 ΒΎ cups plain 2% Greek yogurt and 4 eggs together in one bowl until smooth and well combined.
2-In a separate bowl, mix 2 Β½ cups all purpose flour, ΒΌ cup ground flaxseed, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, Β½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 2 teaspoons salt.
3-Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until everything is fully incorporated you might need to use your hands for this sticky dough.
4-Fold in 1.5 cups chopped spinach, Β½ cup finely diced chives, 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and 2 cups cooked diced ham until evenly distributed.
5-Lightly flour your hands and shape the dough into twelve 1-inch thick round biscuits, placing them spaced apart on the prepared tray.
6-Sprinkle the tops with the remaining Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese for an extra cheesy crust.
7-Bake at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 5 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and bake for another 20 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown on the bottom and the tops begin to brown.
