1 (15-ounce) can 100% pure pumpkin
Instructions
1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325ยฐF and position the oven rack in the center. Grease two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans with butter and dust with flour, or use baking spray with flour.
2-In a medium bowl: whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg; set aside.
3-In a large bowl or with an electric mixer: beat the softened butter and sugar until just combined.
4-Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then continue beating until light and fluffy.
5-Beat in the pumpkin; the mixture may look grainy or curdled, which is normal.
6-Add the dry ingredients on low speed and mix until combined.
7-Divide the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
8-Bake for 65 to 75 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
9-Cool the loaves in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
