🍓 Enjoy a naturally intense strawberry flavor with these soft, sweet, and gooey Rice Krispie Treats.
🍬 Their vibrant pink color and fresh berry twist make them a delightful no-bake dessert for any occasion.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 12 to 16 servings

Ingredients

– 1 ounce bag freeze dried strawberries, ground into a fine powder

– 6 tablespoons salted butter

– 16 ounces mini marshmallows

– 2 cups mini marshmallows

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 8 cups crispy rice cereal

Instructions

1-Prepare your pan: Grease a 9×13-inch pan (or a 9×9-inch pan if you prefer thicker treats). For easy removal, line it with parchment paper.

2-Make the strawberry powder: Place the freeze-dried strawberries in a blender or food processor and pulse until you get a fine, fluffy powder.

3-Melt the butter: In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter until fully liquefied.

4-Melt the marshmallows: Add 16 ounces of mini marshmallows to the melted butter. Stir constantly until they’re completely melted and gooey.

5-Add flavor: Remove the pot from heat. Stir in the strawberry powder and vanilla extract until fully combined.

6-Mix in cereal and extra marshmallows: Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal and the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows. Be careful not to overmix this keeps the cereal crisp and the texture light.

7-Press into pan: Transfer the mixture into your prepared pan. Use a spatula or greased hands to spread it evenly and press gently.

8-Cool and serve: Let the treats cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
