Ingredients

– 5 ounces drained tuna

– 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons diced red onion

– 1/4 cup chopped celery

– 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

– Salt and pepper to taste

– chopped nuts or dried cranberries

– 1 apple for serving

Instructions

1-First, start by draining the 5 ounces of tuna and placing it in a mixing bowl. This step removes excess moisture and keeps the mixture from getting too watery. Next, add the 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of diced red onion, 1/4 cup of chopped celery, and 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice to the bowl.

2-Once everything is in the bowl, gently mix all the ingredients together until they’re well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed for your flavor preferences. For the final touch, spoon the tuna mixture onto the sliced apple use that 1 apple, cored and sliced and serve right away for the best taste.

3-Drain the tuna thoroughly.

4-Dice the red onion and chop the celery.

5-Mix in the yogurt, lemon juice, and seasonings.

6-Spoon onto apple slices.
