Ingredients

– 2 cups flour

– 2 teaspoons baking powder

– 1 cup milk

– ΒΌ cup plain Greek yogurt

– 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

– ΒΎ cup sprinkles

Instructions

1-Preheat and Prep: Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line muffin pan with liners.

2-Dry Mix: Whisk flour and baking powder together.

3-Cream Base: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, combine well.

4-Add Wet: Beat in Greek yogurt and vanilla extract.

5-Combine Gently: On low speed, alternate half flour with half milk, then rest. Mix just until combined, no overmixing.

6-Fold Sprinkles: Gently stir in sprinkles.

7-Bake: Fill liners 3/4 full. Bake 18-20 minutes until toothpick clean.

8-Cool: Cool in pan 5 minutes, then rack. Store airtight.
