Ingredients

– 1 cup pitted Medjool dates (approximately 10-11 dates)

– Β½ cup unsalted cashew butter

– ΒΌ cup shredded coconut

– ΒΌ cup hemp seeds

– Β½ teaspoon sea salt

– Extra hemp seeds or shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions

1-First, soak the 1 cup of pitted Medjool dates in hot water for 10 minutes and then drain them well.

2-Next, add the soaked dates along with Β½ cup of unsalted cashew butter, ΒΌ cup of shredded coconut, ΒΌ cup of hemp seeds, and Β½ teaspoon of sea salt to a food processor.

3-Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

4-After blending, chill the mixture in the fridge for about 15 minutes to make it easier to handle.

5-Once chilled, shape the dough into 9 balls, each using about 2 tablespoons of the mixture.

6-Finally, roll the balls in optional extra shredded coconut or hemp seeds for added texture, and they’re ready to enjoy.
