2-In a bowl with a whisk attachment, combine the 3/4 cup heavy cream, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/3 cup heaping powdered sugar. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, which gives it that light feel.

3-Once the mixture is ready, add the 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt and mix on medium speed for about 15 seconds until it’s all blended smoothly.

4-Adjust the flavor if needed by tasting and adding a bit more sugar or vanilla.

5-Serve it right away or chill it for later; it’s best cold on top of fruits, pancakes, or waffles.
