๐Ÿ Enjoy a vibrant and flavorful Italian Pasta Salad made with fresh ingredients and a zesty dressing.
๐Ÿฅ— This quick and easy recipe is perfect for parties, potlucks, or as a refreshing side dish any day of the week.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: About 10 servings

Ingredients

– 12 oz (about 340 grams) multi-colored fusilli pasta

– 1/2 can large black olives, pitted and sliced into 2-3 slices each (about 20 olives)

– 1/2 small jar green olives, sliced into 2-3 slices each (about 20 olives)

– 1/2 medium cucumber, diced (preferably English cucumber)

– 1 large beefsteak tomato or 3 Roma tomatoes, diced, or 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

– 1 cup (240 ml) zesty Italian salad dressing, more as needed

– 2 to 4 tablespoons salad seasoning blend, more as needed

Instructions

1-Cook the 12 oz of multi-colored fusilli pasta al dente as per the package instructions, then drain and rinse it under cold water to cool it down.

2-In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the sliced black olives, sliced green olives, diced cucumber, and diced tomatoes.

3-Pour in 1 cup of zesty Italian salad dressing and add 2 tablespoons of salad seasoning blend.

4-Mix everything thoroughly, then taste and add more seasoning or dressing until it reaches your preferred flavor.

5-Optionally, toss in extra olives, tomatoes, or cucumber if you want more crunch. Chill the salad in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least a day for the best taste. Add more dressing before serving, as the pasta will absorb it over time.
