Instructions
1-Preheat and Prep: First, preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line an 11Γ7-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Dice the onion finely and chop the bacon, then heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. 2-Mix and Bake: Grate the zucchini into a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit to draw out moisture. In a large bowl, mix together the bacon, onion, eggs, cheese, flour, and olive oil. Squeeze out the excess moisture from the zucchini thoroughly, then add it to the bowl along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything well and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
3-Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the slice is firm and cooked through.
